Refund and Exchange Policy

Once you submit the refund or return request form via email to admin@lamune24.com or Line @lamune24, wait for an email or Line response from Lamune24.com. It takes up to 48 to 72 hours for us to respond.


There is no charge for damaged products during shipping once your refund or exchange is approved. We will send you details via email or Line (lamune24.com or Line @lamune24). You will receive no additional charges. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from lamune24.com.


Returns:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in all original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).


If you wish to exchange an item, you will be charged the price difference or refunded the difference. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer must pay the shipping cost for the returned item due to dissatisfaction.


Refunds:
